- Mainland UK Delivery: Free shipping on orders over £40. For orders under £40, delivery is £4.00
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item or have any issues with your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. For unwanted returns, this must be done within 30 days of receipt by emailing sales@formahouse.co.uk.
We will provide return instructions and process your refund once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
